Where do I sign up?
On the web at izistamp.com. You verify your email, complete a short four-step wizard, and after manual approval (target under 24 hours) you get a printable A5 counter QR to go live.
Do my staff need accounts?
Staff log in with your merchant code and a 4-digit PIN, giving them scan-only access. PINs are unique per person, revocable instantly, and every stamp is logged to the issuing PIN.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries around day 3 and day 7, then an overdue banner appears. Stamping isn't cut off immediately, so your customers are never caught in the middle.
